Goth Mix I

As promised to Omly, here is the Goth mix setlist. I wanted to put together a disc of music that covered the basics, so to speak. It has one of my all time favorite mixes b/w Dead Stars and Panzer Mench. As before, this is a continious mix disk with queue points so don't hit shuffle. I did a fair ammount of messing around early in this disc creation and there were a few early versions that got out. If you have one and the setlist doesn't match up, I can get you a current version.

1) Bela Lugosi's Dead
Bauhaus - Crackle

2) Die 10 Gebote
E Nomine - Das Testament

3) Nightmare Before Christmas
Pop Will Eat Itself (remix)

4) Pretty
Kidney Thieves

5) Monsters V2.0
The Cruxshadows - Echoes and Artifacts

6) Dead Stars (version)
Covenant

7) Panzer Mench
And One - virgin superstar

8) Nitemare
Brainbug

9) Swamp Thing
Juno Reactor - Bible of Dreams

10) Juke Joint Jezebel
KMFDM - NIHIL

11) The Days of Swine and Roses
My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult - Confessions of a Knife

12) Headhunter V1.0
Front 242 - Front by Front [Re-release]

13) Bloodletting - The Vampire Song
Concrete Blond

14) Another World [Extended Remix]
Beborn Beton - Another World

15) Rain of Blood
Die Form - Duality

16) Cassandra (Ego Likeness Remix)
The Crüxshadows - Fortress in Flames

17) The New Zero

What's this world coming to! Bad goth, no eyeliner for you. Even though Bauhaus did it as a joke that song pretty much started the Goth music scene.

Mmmm, Juno Reactor. Cruxshadows. Rasputina. Good stuff. How does one get a copy of these CDs? Do I pretend to be a club owner? Swap you for some Kabob 'n Curry?

I have around a dozen complete mixes done in various genres. If you are up in Boston sometime I could do a trade for dinner. CDs are not that expensive but my system takes quite a while to burn them since I master the tracks as I burn.

I can do that. I can bring Kabob 'n Curry to your doorstep. Or treat you to some restaurant that might challenge my notion of Boston as a drab city rather perplexingly peopled with interesting people. :) When's good? I can only offer weeknights for a week or two, but Friday lateish/Saturday/Sunday are always easy.

Even MORE wanty! Especially with the Ego Likeness remix of Cassandra on there!

That one worked really great since the Rasputina track had the cello at the begining and Cassandra had the violin all the way to the end. That Ego Likeness remix was worth picking up the entire CD for.

I heard them do it live with both bands on stage and it was just stunning.
