I'm not sure i would have been able to sit down for the entire first set.

So it's a good thing I wasn't there, because I'm breaking in new boots, and I would have been hurting by the end!

It was a great set, too bad the crowd wasn't in a dancing mood until later. I adapted the set from my last week's set at Domina. It;s been pretty hot so I've been spinning a lot of 120 BPM lately. I slowly brought up the tempo to 135 before handing off to the dark trance DJ. I got a lot of kudos from the goth half of the crowd.

The first time I wore those exact boots I ended up strapped to a St. Andrews cross getting flogged for two hours by these two hot gay leather men *good times* _Feet_ never hurt at all ;)

Under those circumstances I think I wouldn't have been noticing my feet either! However, I'd been afraid when I first put them on that I'd have to pull a Cinderella's sister and sacrifice a pinky toe, and combine that with waiting through Terrorfakt and Stromkern to get to Voltaire's set, and... yeah.

Considering that they were brand new, I think I did pretty well, ut I was emitting the occasional whimper on the drive home.

I just got a pair of boots that makes my right big toe numb. I need to stretch the one out a little. Good thing that I used to worrk in a cobbler shop and have shoe stretchers!
