I had fun with this one! I was a little worried that I would run out of zombie tracks but then I laughed and told myself who was I kidding :) I'll tell you something, though. There isn't anything more disconcerting than seeing the entire dance floor turn and start to shamble towards the DJ booth groaning BRAAAIIINNNS! The makeup team did a great job. My normal door person bailed and sent an email to her backup which hasn't even contacted me. Is there anyone that can fill in. All you would need to do is stamp hands and collect money, the bar cards. The bar owner has offered to collect if you need a break.

The ZR has just confirmed that Tuna Oddfellow will be at the Zombie Rave providing real time visualizations on the big screen. In addition he will be doing a Zombie magic show!

We now have two Zombie Makeover artists on site to add some more zombie flair to your performances. Small transformations are free, large ones have a minimal charge. Let us know if you have a latex allergy. Best looking zombies will share a part of the $100 prize pool!

We are still looking for more glow spinners. We have confirmed some staff spinners as well as a glow fan performance. I just got an email from a hooper. It's not too late to toss in your hat and compete for a share of the $100 prize pool.

Hey all,

I'm putting on an event in the greater Boston area and I'm looking for people to participate!

There's a $100 prize pool and it's up for grabs if you are zombie enough. There will be makeup artists on hand to add some final Zombie touches as well as enough fog and UV to really get your glow on. If there are any photographers interested in documenting the night please let me know.

Doors open at 8pm and we will be showing "Zombie Strippers" on the big screen while the makeup artist are working. After the movie the floor opens up to the glowing zombie hordes.

I pitched the night concept to Anderson Mar or Dark Sky Productions, and she gave me one night a month to do a DJed event starting August 21. My plan is to show a movie starting at 8pm so people can do dinner and a movie and then dancing! The Club is @ Rob Jacks, 88 Main St. Everett, right off of 99 and 16. It's a little small but it holds around 80 people. Drinks are pretty cheap, however there are lots of fu-fu drinks and top shelf-ish bottles at the bar. I'm planning on making a signature "Lush" drink for the event.

The place is open and serves real food from Noon until 1am and if you order food with the movie I'll waive your cover.

This one is going to be a more general Electronic night, think 80's dance remixes and electro-house and you can get the right idea. I'll still toss in some more darker stuff but this one is going to be more like Saturdays were at Manray.

I need to bring in all of my own sound and lighting but Rob is going to let me store everything there (I can always grab it if needed for a gig on other nights.) I will be possibly renting the stuff out on other nights there to help pay for some of it. Anders is running the door so I can concentrate on DJing.
