Finally got to make some more music

I've been meaning to get some computer time to do some mashups and this one is killer. Since I do not have the kits I needed to cut and layer which doesn't leave a lot of empty space. It's a good thing that Zydrate is pretty sparse to begin with. All of these tracks are under 100 BPMs which is pretty suprising considering how rockin they are.

Repo - Zydrate Anatomy [ main forground ]

Prodigy - Diesel Power [ background pads ]

I'm working on a Closer to Zydrate mashup right now. It was a challenge from the Repo Fans Fetlife Comm. It's still pretty rough since I was working on it instead of sleeping last night. there is one volume issue that is making me cringe right now. I must have bumped a slider before recording it.

Check out the Combichrist one in the next post. That one is more electro house-y but with using the crunchy base backing of CC's track through out.

*chuckle* DJ Dirge did a mash-up of the two. I'd love to hear yours. I'm working on one of Closer and They Don't Care About Us (MJ).
