Trip Hop Mix

I'm putting this one together for the Honey. It's a little heavy on Massive Attack but frankly there really is no such thing as too much Massive Attack :) It's still in it's first draft stage but I'm pretty sure that the playlist is stable. Triphop is pretty easy to mix since they all tend to have the same breakbeat sample.

Triphop is the perfect thing to put on the stereo, kick back, and enjoy a thunderstorm, or a hot sticky humid summer night. The tracks go from 70-88 bpm, nice and slllloooowwww.

If you want to get started in triphop just go and buy Massive Attack-Mezzanine, Portishead-Dummy, and Tricky-Maxinquaye. Next grab some Mono and Gus Gus. Iceland seems to have picked up where Bristol England left off -- Gus Gus, Björk, Emiliana Torrini *yum*

[edit: needed to flip a couple of tracks for a better flow.]

FOUR! Now up to four of your mix CDs which I'm rather desperate to get my hands on. Damn you and your close-to-mine music tastes! *grumble*

I know I am interested in both this one and the new synthpop one. What is my best bribe for copies? Also could we discuss your availablity in a corset making way in the relatively near future? I do not have a deadline, but would like to set the money aside for it.

We can discuss bribes when I get back in, I'm going to be heading out soon to get on a plane :) I currently have a few projects going on right now. If you don't have a deadline then I could work on a new one. I have enough deadlines right now :)

I just shortened up one of the tracks that seemed to go on forever so I got room for another Tricky track. When I get it cleaned up a bit I'll email you.

I just got my CD burner fixed and have these two disks for you. Are you going to be around the Diesel next week? We could talk corsets then.
